PC: Windows 10 or later. Macs are not compatible.
Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are preferred. Microsoft Edge is also compatible.
Microsoft Office 2019 (older versions can be use during demonstration or comparison). While you can use an older version of Microsoft Office, if you do, there will be some differences between your version and what you see in the course.

Software must be installed and fully operational before the course begins.

The instructional materials required for this course are included in enrollment.
Prerequisites:
There are no prerequisites to take this course. However, must have familiarity with using a personal computer and in a Windows environment. You must also be able to launch and close programs, navigate to information stored on the computer, and manage files and folders.
Certification Requirements:
To earn the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Associate certification, pass three of the MOS classes of your choosing.
