I took a 4 week Service Desk Analyst class with Kwame Ampong teaching it, and I was very pleased with Silvadew Inc. He is highly skilled and equipped me with all i need to get a job. Overall – the Class materials and Knowledge/Interaction level from the Instructor were excellent. Highly recommended, 5 Stars!.
